I have 293/800 in first attempt MET 2019 . What is the rank that I can expect and also can i get CS/ECE ?

The cutoff changes every year. It depends on the merit list and the total number of students has appeared for the examination.
So I can't tell you the rank but your score is good enough to get into Jaipur branch . And I guess you have very minutes chances with your desired branches
