Distance learning MBA is good for learning and gaining insight in management science and expertise. With it's learning, you may improve your quality of work output. Most of the companies do not give any salary increment based on MBA degree gained during job. It may help you to get a better job and salary during change of job.

    Hi Niharika,
Yes, you can do Distance MBA as with full-time study, the experience you'll have with distance MBA depends on the institution you're applying to talking about the fee can be lower than that for a regular program, hike on your current company may not be given but MBA will get you a better job with good package during job change.
