hi adi,
for a minimum of 1 yr study in Canada u need to have at least 13L with you.
the minimum tuition fees is CAD $ 13000. Also in addition to this you will be required to fix CAD$ 10000 in scotia bank. so the bare minimum expenses will be CAD$ 23000@56= INR 1288000. for one year.
