have 10+2 diploma in civil engineering from govt poly technic college have 3 years experience as civil engineer now working in gulf asia contracting company LLC DUBAI as civil engineer

    Hi,
    As per your query, it seems that you have not completed graduation, so as per your profile you are not eligible to pursue MBA, as in order to pursue MBA you need to be graduate in any field.
    However as per your profile you may consider pursuing diploma in management from IGNOU.
