I have 3 years experience in oracle erp r-12 but i did my degree in distance(no intermediate).with can i get job in level 5 companies .

Hi Balu, Yes you can get job in level 5 companies or good organisations as you have a good experience of 3 years in oracle. It doesn't matter if you have done your degree through distance, if you are skilled and know what work needs to be done or excel in your profile than you can land a job for yourself in a good organisation as they test your skills and knowledge more and do accept distance education if you have relevant explanation what you were doing while pursuing your Graduation through distance.
