I have 3 years gap after b.tech IT(59) ,can i get a it job if i do java from NIIT ,is there any other things to learn to get a job in mnc not now after getting exp.,can i get a job after niit coaching ? and i don't have any exp in it filed ,actually 1 year in hospital due to car accident.

Java is phasing out and demand is lowering for the skillset. Instead check out web technologies (PHP, ASP.NET), mobile technologies(Android, iPhone), Cloud Computing. Database (SQL, Oracle) is evergreen and demand for it shall exist throughout

Before starting career in software industry i would like to ask u r u very much confidant on any of the programming language.
Can u independently handle any language?
If ur ans comes YES then only think for software development line or testing line.

Yes you get the good job if you have the capability to satisfy the company requirements that they want in their employee , then your gap doesn't matter.
