I have 3 years gap in between BSc and MCA and have done MBA course between the gap then can I mention it in my resume?

Include in your resume only those information which is relevant to the post applied and the employer.

Dear Young Man,
You are marvellous! So do not break your little head over such trivial issues. Actually, you need to worry ONLY IF you had been idle during the "3 years' gap". Any HR man viewing your Resume will be happy to welcome you to their firm, especially if they are an IT Firm, whether Software Giants or BPO's. You see from their point of view, they get the benefit of TWO professions FOR THE COST OF ONE ! (Like a Diwali Offer ?!).
Also IF the firm is an Educational Institution, they will falll "Head over Heels" to BAIT you before their competitor gets you. In fact you may negotiate a salary much HIGHER than that advertised. Tell...more
