I have 3 yrs Corporate Exp. I want to confirm that which stream/field will be beneficial for me?

Gaurav, you have not mentioned the kind of work experience you have had. However doing MBA would be helpful to you. Choose the specialization subject based on your work experience or based on the work you want to do like Marketing, HR or in finance field.
