I have 32.83 %ile in JEE Mains. Can I get a government college for engineering?

-33 is the lowest cutoff. However, if you score such a low score you will not be eligible for admission in any good college or institute. Even if you apply in private college accepting JEE Main score, there also you will have the fewer chance of admission.
