I have 32 back logs in B.Tech with a CGPA of 6. Will I be able to get a visa to study in Canada?

It will be difficult but if your overall profile is impressive you can be admitted. Before you apply for the visa make sure you apply to a college as you will require the acceptance letter to be eligible for the student visa.
