I have 33 backlogs with 61%(mech.). i cmpltd btch in due time only. will i get good universities if i get gud gre & ielts score .
Im about to write the gre and ielts soon.one consultancy told me that u wnt get good universities with 33 backlogs.im worried about it.please help me.plz tell me good score gor gre and ielts in order to cover up my backlogs.plz help.which one is better for me U.S or Germany.for my acads

It would be tough for you but if you have clear your Btech in 4 years then some university May allow you to further studies
