    With 342 marks in NEET and belonging to the SC category, your chances of getting a seat at AIIMS Jodhpur are slim, as the cutoff for AIIMS is often significantly higher, even for reserved categories. However, you may have a higher chance of admission to other government or private medical colleges through the state quota or All India Quota (AIQ) seats reserved for SC applicants. The particular chances are determined by the annual cutoffs, which can fluctuate.

Yes, it is mandatory to appear for the ToGIGE even if the candidates have appeared for the NEET exam. The ToGIGE is a part of the selection process post the NEET exam. Those aspirants who clear the NEET cutoff are only eligible to appear for this test.
