    The AIQ counseling is conducted by the MCC for 15 percent of the AIQ seats, and for the remaining 85 percent of the seats are reserved for state quota, the counseling is done by the state authorities. Yes, you can opt for both counseling procedures like All India counseling as well as state Quota. Now, according to the new rules of MCC, all students who have qualified for the NEET exam cutoff can participate in AI counseling.
