Since you do not have relevant work experience in the field of HR, your work experience would not be considered for the job in the field of HR.
You need to start your career as a fresher in the field of HR, however as per your profile I would suggest you to upload your current CV on various job portals like naukri. com, by this you will receive notification regarding various job openings as per your academic and professional profile.
Plus you should also read news papers on daily basis so that you may not miss out on any job opening.

As you have experience in BPO, you will be considered a fresher in HR industry; you might have to start your career in HR as an executive.
However, you can negotiate over the package as you have some kind of experience with Corporates.
