I have 4.5 years of IT experience. Shall I go for executive MBA or normal MBA? I had completed my B.Tech in 2013 with 8.3 CGPA.

    You can try and apply for Great Lakes, Chennai. It is a one year course. It is a better option than executive MBA or a normal MBA.

    You should go for executive MBA seeing your work experience as executive MBA is for working people who have 4+ years of experience.
