I have 4.8 months of expeience. Is it true that most of the companies will not short list me for HR due to high work experience?

Summer internship is cakewalk for HR students. For final placements, few companies have criteria of limited work experience for HR recruitment but there are so many other companies which do not have such criteria. Plus, for any placement, company looks for appropriate student profile and his overall personality assessment. Thus, it really doesn't matter if you are fresher or with 4 year work experience. -
No that is not true. Your short listing will depend upon your complete CV and application form for that company. -
4.8 months is not really a huge work ex. So you dont need to worry about work ex. You will shortlisted for hr provided your profile is good.
