I have 4.8 months of expeience. Is it true that most of the companies will not short list me for HR due to high work experience?

No that is not true. Your short listing will depend upon your complete CV and application form for that company.

4.8 months is not really a huge work ex. So you dont need to worry about work ex. You will shortlisted for hr provided your profile is good.
