i have 4 backlogs cleared in my engineering with my gre score297 and ielts 7.0 and btech percentage 68 can i ger admission in germany

i had my btech in automobile engineering,i uesd to have 4 backlogs which i had cleared with my agg 8 in btech can i get admission in the stream of automobile engineering in germany ., i have done my 100 hours of basic language course can you please suggest me few collages which i can get
