best option would be SJMSOM and SCMHRD as IIMs and XLRI ask for a minimum of 5 years of work-ex.

for executive mba you can come to IAMR ghazaibad,coz it has undertaken hughes program for executive mba,which offers varios programs for pgdm for working professsionals like you,frm iits,iift,xlri etc..
