You can actually go for Executive MBA. If you wish to continue working while studying, it's the best option. There are few colleges in India which offers Executive MBA with 3 years of experience and some offers with 5 years of experience. You just need to clear their entrance exams. Your profile wou

It would be better if you go for a part time mba or executive mba if u have 3 yrs+ work ex. It will be more valuable distance education is not a very good option

It would be better to go for part time or full time courses. As distance or e-courses may not be valued.

what a stupid idea... I am working currently and if I leave my job and join a full time course after I will be considered as a fresher... who is the stupid that not to be fresher while having 4years working experience
