I have 4 yrs IT exp. Is NZ correct destination for persuing my post graduation considering my work ex?

If yes, then I am planning to join AUT. Please let me know if joining AUT would be the right decision. If not what would be better for me? And shall I go for PGDip in business administration or MBA?
