    As your score is not good enough to get admission in the top most colleges in particular branch. So, I prefer you to select any college based on your percentage and interest.

    Hi Guhan, It's quite difficult at this moment to judge about the college that you could get. But you can apply to all the colleges of your state in the cities that you would be comfortable. You might get Chemical Engineering in either of those colleges. I hope this helps. All the Best!
