I have 40 marks in RUHS B.Sc nursing entrance exam. Can I get a government nursing college?

For RUHS BSc Nursing Admission 2024: The candidates must pass the 10+2 exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from a recognised board. They should secure at least 45% marks (40% for SC and ST) in PCB combined and English exam.
