i have 41 marks in jeemain & 59% in 12cbse board iwant to B.tech .

I dont think so that you can able to get admission based upon your jee marks or on 12th percentage.Might be in some average case you get admission but that would be of no use. With this score in JEE as well as marks in 12th it is not possible to get a good college through ccb counselling. You go for institutes that conduct either their own tests for admission or give admission on the basis of merit. Good luck.
