I have 43% in 12th science. Which course can I do after 12th? I'm interested in IT.

You have very low percentage in PCM. So, don't go for IITs. It will create pressure on you after some time. There are other fields to be explore. Take decision very carefully. You can go many other fields like B.Sc Hotel management, government examination etc.

Your marks are very less. From these marks, you can't get any IIT or NIT.

See, you and me, we both know that 43% is very less. If you are interested in coding, please do some web development and designing course. Lot of jobs in the start-ups without B.Tech degree in CSE are available.
