I have 430 marks in CUET with subject combination bio, physics, chem., English and general aptitude. How do I take majors in English?

A score of 431 out of 800–850 (depending on your subjects) is considered moderate. For English major in Delhi University and other top central universities, cutoffs usually go quite high (around 650–700 marks or more for general category)
