I have 4300 rank under BC-B category in AP EAMCET. Can I get any veterinary seat in Andhra Pradesh?

Yes you may try as many of the students who wrote Andhra Pradesh eamcet will also write NEET and go for MBBS or BDS so many of the ranked students don't even apply for seat in veterinary.
You have a good chance of getting veterinary seat in Andhra Pradesh.
