    According to the information given by you, you may not get a MBBS seat in GMERS (MQ), Gujarat, as your NEET UG score is less than 550. Even though the NEET UG cut-off for MBBS varies every year, one must at least score above 550 marks to get into a government medical college. Due to high competition, the cut-off for the MBBS course is usually high, particularly in government medical colleges. Based on the previous year cutoff, it could be said that it is not possible to get admission for MBBS into the GMERS (MQ) with a score less than 500 in NEET UG unless you have a category-based exemption.
