I have 44.6% in PCM and 52.5% overall. I know it's low but help me find a college/ deemed university where I can do B.Tech.

If you want to do B.Tech then you must take a one year drop then you qualify any entrance exam then according to this you trying to join best college according to your performance and as per interested branch.
