Yes, for sure. You can go for private colleges. Although Fee structure of private colleges are quite high compared to government. But, yes if you belong to middle class, You can go for this.

Minimum 45% required in class 12th . Admission is based on the marks obtained in 10+2.

For admission in Brainware University Eligiblity criteria is HSC with minimum 45% marks. So, as per your HSC mark, you can definitely apply for BBA. Your SSLC marks won't impact for admission. All the best for your future.
