Yes, obviously, if you are 18 years old or more then you can join this because it is one of the eligibility criteria. -

5 years agoYou will have to appear in the entrance exam. Admission are not solely based on Class 12th percentage, which for you is very low and just qualifies you to sit In the entrance exam.
