There is no harm in trying for admission into a good college like Nitte University or Manipal University. -

The basic education qualification required to pursue a Bachelors Degree in Journalism is:
-Qualifying 10+2 or equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks secured from a recognized board of the country.
-Some reputed institutes conduct entrance exams for admission.
-Not all institutes require a qualifying marks of 50%.
The eligibility varieties from institute to institute.
Entrance Examination for Journalism Admission into institutes offering courses in Journalism are held during May-July every year. The entrance test generally includes a Written test comprising objective and subjective questions, followed by GD/PI.
