I have 45k rank in COMEDK. Can I get a government college for B.Tech?

At 45000 rank and belonging to SC category you can easily get a NOT for B.Tech. You can go to government college like NIT Durgapur, NIT Goa, NIT Agartala and many more northeast and other states NITs also .
