I have 47% marks in my graduation. Can I get admission in DU for MA in English?

For admission in M.A. In English you can try nsp college (DU affiliated) which has minimum eligibility of 40percent.

Hello Tayyaba, For admission in M.A. In English you can try Hansraj college (DU affiliated) which has minimum eligibility of 45% but this is further divided in categories and because I don't know about your other than your graduation percentage, I am enlisting the criteria. Eligibility in Entrance Category:1 Candidates who have passed B.A. (Hons. ). Examination in English with the mentioned marks in aggregate (40.5% is required for PwD Category candidates) (minimum pass marks in the concerned qualifying examination of the University of Delhi or at least the same percentage of pass marks at the qualifying examination as prescribed for the equivalent examination of University of Delhi. For those having CGPA under the CBCS programme the equivalence of marks will be as per University of Delhi rules) are eligible. Eligibility in Merit Category: Category 3; Candidates who have passed B.A. (Hons. ). In English from University of Delhi with at least 60% marks in aggregate for General Category & 54% marks for OBC in B.A. (Hons. ). English and for SC/ST/PwBD/CW categories admissions in the order of merit till seats earmarked as reserved for these respective categories in direct admissions are filled up, are eligible. For those having CGPA under the CBCS programme the equivalence of marks will be as per University of Delhi rules.
