Yes, the JEE Mains exam will only lend you a seat in DY Patil College. Moreover, your board marks help you in clearing their criteria. Since you should be having more than 50% in PCM or PCB together to be eligible for it. Then you can fill the vacancy through and get seats jee mains or MHTCET.
