    I think you pursue MBA with Finance this is better future option for you and if you don't want switch job and complete their MBA with distance mode it is also a better option. If you want to pursue regularly this is better because you have 4 years od experience in retail Banking you have after complete MBA with finance more opportunity to other students because mostly students are freshers but you have 4 years experience so I think it is better opportunity for you.
