I have 5.5 overall, 6.5 in listening, 5.5 in reading, 5.5 in writing and 5 in speaking. Do I have a chance of Australian visa?

A score of 6.5 in IELTS will indicate that the test taker is competent and will cope better in a classroom-based environment although there may be a few minor misunderstandings or slip-ups with the language.
