I have 5.7 GPA in my graduation(ECE) and I have converted XIME Kochi. Will my UG GPA be a problem while attending MBA placements?

I think that will not be constraint for your placements. Companies will mainly focus on your attitude, Communication skills, Problem solving skills, Subject knowledge.

For Placements, almost 95% of the companies set the eligibility criteria of 60% or more throughout for the placements.

If your percentage is above 60%, you are eligible for placement.

Generally, in finance field mostly banks and financial institutions ask for percentage above 60 percentage, as their eligibility criteria. If you plan to opt for other specialization. Scores will not be a problem. Thank you.
