I have 5 years exp in IT but my history of arrears in BE is huge. what can you suggest for PGIT in Canada. I have RHCE as well. Ps help.

I have certifications in RHCE and RHCSA and Mainframe sysytem administration. with relevant work experience as well of 5 yrs. Looking for higher studies in Canada. 60 % in BE but had lots of arrears which I cleared completely. How will my chances in getting a visa for studying my higher studies?
