i have 5 years of experience in bpos ..what are my career options

i have done bsc(non medical)...i have done a level in computers(cleared 9 modules) + mcse and ccna courses(didn't appear for exams)...have years of work experience in bpo....what shuld i do....please help me...i am 31 years old ..help me with some better carrier options or carrier oriented courses

Dear, I think you may think for MCA. As you have sufficient schooling as well as work ex. in IT domain , MCA from AICTE approved Institute no issue even in distance mode may give you an extra edge in your own IT domain. Best wishes.......
