Hi there. 5 years experience in MNC is brilliant. You must appear for GMAT. The cut off varies but you should bring 90+ percentile to get into Premium Colleges like Oxford, Harvard, etc. Also you have the chance to get into Iims of you get more than 98.5 percentile score in CAT if you fall under General Category. But my suggestion to you will be, if you have 5+ years of work experience then you should surely go for GMAT!
Thank you. If further queries then you can always ask.
