Greetings! Dear, Congratulations on having to pursue a career as a counsellor, first and foremost. You could pursue a Ph.D. in psychology, in my opinion. Hello! dear, First of all congratulations that you have to become a counsellor. Secondly, in my opinion, you can go for Ph.D. in psychology. You can do post graduation in psychology and then you can join any University where you can do counselling along with Ph.D. in psychology. Take it as a profess

It depends on what kind of councelling you are interested in. If you are interested in becoming a full time education councellor than doing a post graduation course in Phycology or educational Psychology would be beneficial to you.
