According to the most recent eligibility requirements announced by the Indian Air Force for AFCAT 2021, a candidate must have at least 60% in both math and Physics in class 12 in addition to holding the necessary qualifying degree for graduation, which varies depending on the branch, such as the flying branch. So, depending if you scored more than 60% in the given two subjects, you are eligible to apply; otherwise, not.
