I have 54% total in B.Sc. Honours computer science (graduation) with maths. Can I apply for MCA and will I get admission in top colleges?

Is it based on the ranking of the exam or will they also see the graduation marks?

Yes, you can get the admission as you have clarity of concepts, this will help you in the placements also. You need to check the minimum percentage eligibility.
