I have 55% in my 12th exams in science stream so what career i should opt?
My jee score is 18 and seee score is 62! but i am not interested in engineering.

With 18 marks in JEE-Mains, you may expect All India Rank (AIR) below 150000. With low rank, you may get in :
-Ansal Institute of Technology
-KIIT
-LNMIIT
-AMC Engineering College

You have to check whether you have aptitude for sciences or not.If you feel that your aptitude is general in nature ,try for general subjects.For sciences,you have to be much more studious.
