Hi, Academic percentage is one of the factor but not alone. The normal practices at IIM is out of 100, 5 allotted for CAT score, 1o each for SSC and HSC score and rest on work experience where as ISB Hyderabad has multiple criteria including preference to essays, GMAT and interview Look at their cri
