Your nearly 60 percentile score indicates that 40% of the 3.2 L or 8L students that took the test scored higher than you. Additionally, practically all students choose CSE as their first choice. In addition, almost every student gives CSE as first choice. In view of this, I feel that you have no reasonable chance of getting admission in this branch.
