The MBBS is a complete course and there is MD in radiology and surgery.

It totally depends on your interest. Radiology deals with diagnosis and treatment using imaging techniques and surgery is you know is more concerned with treatment of injuries or deformities manually or instrumentally. Both have scope but you should choose over your skills and preferences.
