I have 58.4 CGPA in my graduation. Am I eligible to study Masters in Poland?

Hi,
You should be eligible. Universities in Poland are not as competitive as in Germany or Canada.
However, it completely depends on the university and the programme of study.
You must visit the university websites for the admission requirements.
