I have 58 marks in MHTCET, 45 marks in JEE and 74% in boards. I belong to open category from Maharashtra. Can I get a good college?

No, you will not get a good college on the basis of JEE marks which are 45. Also, it's hard to get a good college with your MHTCET marks.
